Orders & acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email or phone once stock and delivery are confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error.
Pricing
- Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price at the time you place your order applies.
- Wholesale prices are available only to approved wholesale accounts buying for resale.
- Delivery fees and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout or on your invoice.
Wholesale accounts
Wholesale customers must hold a valid seller’s permit and keep their account information current. We may suspend wholesale pricing if an account no longer qualifies.
Payment
Payment is due on delivery or per the terms on your invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
