Local delivery is available for ZIP codes in our service area; checkout shows which options are available for your address. Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Receiving your order
Please count cases and inspect packaging when your delivery arrives. Note any visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace the item on your next delivery or issue a credit.
Returns
- Because our products are food, we can’t accept returns of opened items or items that left our control, except for quality issues.
- Unopened, full cases ordered in error may be returned within 7 days for store credit, subject to a restocking fee.
- Items with a quality problem (stale, expired, defective) are always eligible for replacement or credit.
